Backstory
In November 2018, the Electrical Trades College (ETC) had been operational for over six months but was struggling to attract new students. That’s when iBusinessFormula was brought on board to help turn things around.
Aim
Our goal was to identify the most effective strategies to reach potential students and convey the message that ETC could help them achieve their career aspirations in the electrical trades.
What we did
Our first step was conducting in-depth market research to understand the needs and motivations of prospective students.
Using HubSpot’s Marketing Hub, we created engaging content from video ads to targeted emails that resonated with our audience.
We also revamped ETC’s website and built strategic landing pages to capture leads effectively. With targeted Facebook and Google ads, we expanded ETC’s reach.
HubSpot’s Sales Hub then automated the lead management process, ensuring no opportunity was missed, while providing real-time analytics to optimise the campaigns.

Backstory

Aim
We aimed to solve the problem with a robust online presence for BNAH. They had previously gone with an agency who had built them a website that would not sync with their store’s inventory together with a lot of other issues. We developed a comprehensive strategy to boost their physical stores’ revenue together with building a strong online presence.
What we did
We began by upgrading their POS system to Shopify, seamlessly integrating their physical stores with a new online platform. We then developed a user-friendly online store fully integrated into their operations, streamlining inventory and order management. To drive sales, we implemented a comprehensive marketing strategy with targeted ads and content marketing. We also set up robust reporting systems to track performance and provide real-time insights, enabling continuous optimisation. Our efforts synchronised BNAH’s pricing, inventory, and ordering processes across all platforms.
