Rishad Hassan leads the team at iBusinessFormula. His experience ranges from working with digital marketing, big data, machine learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for some of Australia’s leading brands like Woolworths, Qantas, Vodafone, Sydney Water and Optus.
He led programs like Woolworth Rewards’ Personalisation capability which provides highly personalised marketing offers to 11 million members driving over 900 million dollars in revenue (in the 2017-18 financial year) for Woolworths Group.

Rishad keeps his team inspired and leads it by setting examples. His friendly persona always paves the way to build a strong connection between him and his acquaintances. Under his supervision, it does not take long for business partnerships to turn into long time friendship.
Behind the curtain
Rishad’s day revolves around his passion- working to help others grow! Spending time with his beloved wife and two sons Hamza and Hudhayfah is what keeps him going. He loves travelling and sports and is fond of Bangladeshi cuisine.
