Backstory: LovenCare is a well-known baby care brand in Australia. When we engaged, LovenCare was stuck with a non-functional Magento website done by their previous digital marketing agency. The team could not work with the website and the project dragged along for a long period of time.
Aim: LovenCare wanted a simply manageable backend so that their internal team could update the website whenever they wanted to. This would save them time and money.
What we did: We quickly gathered all the requirements, put forward a project plan to build a website that would satisfy the team’s needs, and delivered the project in less than 6 weeks’ time. Since the launch of the website, LovenCare manages the daily updates themselves.
Outcome: Both teams have been working very closely to execute email, Facebook, and Instagram paid advertising marketing on a regular basis. LovenCare now can successfully run social media campaigns and generates a sizeable revenue via online channels on a monthly basis. The brand awareness is at an all-time high as well.

Backstory: Before we partnered with BNAH (nouralhouda.com.au), they had 2 physical stores with an established family-owned brand with over 20 years of history. But NO online presence.
Aim: We aimed to solve the problem with a robust online presence for BNAH. They had previously gone with an agency who had built them a website that would not sync with their store’s inventory together with a lot of other issues. We developed a comprehensive strategy to boost their physical stores’ revenue together with building a strong online presence.

What we did: We changed the POS system in the store to Shopify, developed the online store and plugged that into their full operational ecosystem. Then we focused on executing a highly effective marketing strategy to boost up their sales/growth.
Outcome: As a result, the pricing and ordering process became smoother, and BNAH got from $0 online revenue to over $50k in less than 12 months. Their physical stores’ sales have gone up significantly.

Aim: A lot of research was done to figure out what the best way was to reach the prospected students and send the message across that Electrical Trades College could help them to turn their dream into reality.
What we did: We developed very engaging marketing content (i.e. video, images, email, ads), re-designed the website, created landing pages, developed the target audience. We used Facebook and Google to reach out to the students.
