This is my first website. Would you walk me through your web development process?
Our web development process is simple, straightforward and design to make it super effective for our clients.
1st – all prospective clients get a free 30 mins consultation with our in-house experts, even before signing a web development contract. With this consultation, we aim to capture, in details, your goals and objectives – as it relates to your new website.
This 30 minutes session will also help you understand how the process will work, answer a lot of your questions and give you detailed knowledge on how you could be using your website to grow your business as well.
2nd – after we’re familiar with your web development requirements, we proceed to
– set up your personalised web development plan,
– complete with detailed steps and verifiable milestones.
– Work on your project starts once this plan is ratified by our dev team.
Note – as the project progresses, you’re free to ask as many questions as you would please. Our project team will be available to attend to them accordingly.
Questions and other issues spilling over from email correspondences can also be thrashed out at scheduled client-dev meetings organised at a regular interval.
Lastly – your completed and fully functional website, as well as other essential assets, will be transferred to your control in an official handover session.
How long does it take from the start of web development to completed website?
On the average – two weeks. Although it’s important to note that this is just an estimate. The numbers can scale down (or up) depending on a whole lot of factors including:
The nature and scope of the project
For example, a blog is different from a full-fledged e-commerce platform; while both classify as websites, they each require varying effort and resources to execute.
The complexity of your web development project determines how much work will be put in and, in extension, the time it will take to bring it to completion.
How proactive you are
If key assets from you are delivered on schedule, it will undoubtedly go a long way to shorten the time it takes to get your website up and running.
Clients seeking even shorter delivery timeframes can request an urgent delivery and have us expedite the web development process.
How much will a web development package cost me?
This is a very important question and we get this all the time. Obviously, the cost part is one of the key reasons a business owner will go ahead with a web development team – it’s understandable.
The fact is, website development is not as black and white thing as say buying a TV or a phone. It all depends on the nature of your intended website.
At iBusinessFormulal, every web development project is custom executed from scratch. We have decided to take this approach to match client-specific requirements as closely as possible. We also work hard to keep the client (you) in the loop while developing the website.
Every client and their business ambition, goals and subsequent requirements for the website makes it a unique case. So it’s not going to be in the interest of you for us to come up with “one size fits all” kind of generic pricing plans. The general look and what features your website will spot – to a large extent, determine the cost.
Determining what features your website needs and its general structure is something that can be achieved in conjunction with our in-house team. That’s assuming you don’t already have an actionable design template.
Our experience in the business means we’re very familiar with what works and what pulls in the results. So, we can take an assessment of your business and then develop a custom blueprint to match your needs and goals as part of your website development package.
For the best part, you don’t have to break the bank to sign up for our web development experience. Because we’ve streamlined our operations to provide only the best of whatever is needed, we’ve succeeded in keeping our running costs low. That success is transferred to you as pocket-friendly web development premiums.
