HubSpot Content Hub Implementation
Most websites are a running cost, not an asset. Slow to load, held together by plugins, and quietly leaking the search rankings you paid for. Content Hub fixes the platform. We fix how it gets built.

HubSpot Content Hub is HubSpot's content management and content marketing platform: website and CMS hosting, AI-assisted content creation, blog and social scheduling, built-in SEO tools, and content operations, all on one system connected directly to your CRM. iBusinessFormula is a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner based in Sydney, and one of a small number of Platinum-tier partners in Australia. We implement Content Hub and migrate Australian websites off WordPress onto it, without losing search rankings or traffic.
What most website projects get wrong.
Most website projects fail the same way. A developer rebuilds the site, it looks good on launch day, and nobody carried the search rankings across.
Six months later, the enquiries have dried up, and by the time anyone connects it to the rebuild, the traffic is gone and expensive to win back.
The problem is rarely the design. It is that the site was treated as a design project, not a search-and-conversion asset. A website is only worth what it does to your pipeline, not how it looks in a portfolio.
We start every Content Hub build the same way: with an audit of what your current site actually earns, which pages rank, where the traffic comes from, and what has to survive the move. Content Hub gets configured to protect and grow that. Not the other way around.
What is HubSpot Content Hub, and what does it do?
HubSpot Content Hub is HubSpot's all-in-one content and website platform. It replaces the stack of separate tools most businesses run: CMS, hosting, SEO plugin, social scheduler, forms, analytics, with one system that shares a single database with your sales and marketing.
What we implement across the platform
Website and CMS
Managed hosting, drag-and-drop pages, themes and reusable modules, with a global CDN and security handled by HubSpot rather than by you.
→Content creation at scale
AI-assisted drafting, a brand voice profile so output sounds like you, and content remix that turns one asset into a blog, social posts, and an email without starting from scratch each time.
→Blog and social scheduling
Plan, draft, schedule and publish blog and social content from one calendar, with performance tracked back to contacts and deals.
→SEO tools
On-page recommendations, topic clusters, and technical checks built into the editor, so optimisation is part of publishing rather than a separate job.
→Content operations
Approvals, staging, and reusable content blocks so a small team can run a real publishing cadence without a full content department.
→Memberships and gated content
Member logins and gated pages where the business model needs them.
→Is Content Hub a good WordPress alternative?
For a business whose website is meant to generate enquiries, yes, and this is the honest version of why.
WordPress is a stack of separate plugins held together. Each one is either a monthly subscription or a free plugin that is a security exposure. The platform needs constant updating to stay secure, every new page usually means paying a developer, SEO needs its own software, and hosting is a separate bill again. Costs and responsibilities that sit in several places on WordPress sit inside one subscription on Content Hub.
- It is cheaper to start
- It has a far larger plugin ecosystem
- If you already have a developer you trust and a site that is small and static, there is no good reason to move
We will tell you that in a discovery call if it is true.
- Security, hosting, SEO, forms, scheduling and analytics come as one managed system connected to your CRM
- A small team can run it without a developer on standby
- Predictable and included, rather than unpredictable and stacking
If your site earns you work, that reliability usually matters more than the plugin count.
My website is very slow to load. Will Content Hub fix that?
Usually, yes. Slow WordPress sites are most often slow because of plugin bloat, unoptimised images, and shared hosting. Content Hub serves pages from a managed global CDN, optimises images and code automatically, and does not carry the plugin overhead, so pages that were fighting a stack of scripts tend to load materially faster after migration.
We measure it. Part of the migration is a before-and-after on core web vitals, so the speed improvement is a number you can see, not a promise.
Your own before-and-after numbers are reported as part of the migration.
Moving off WordPress without losing your SEO.
This is the part most website moves get wrong, and it is the single biggest risk in any migration. Rankings are lost when URLs change without redirects, when on-page SEO is not carried across, and when analytics and Search Console are never properly reconnected, so the damage stays invisible until months later when the enquiries have already dried up.
We handle all of it as standard: complete redirect mapping from every old URL to every new one, on-page SEO migrated page by page, and analytics and Search Console reconnected and verified before switch-over. Your existing site stays live and untouched while we build the new one alongside it, and nothing switches until you have reviewed and approved it.
Up to 100 pages. Live in about five weeks. Search rankings preserved. Your current site stays live and untouched until you approve the new one. Full details, inclusions, and migrations we have delivered are on the migration page.
Migrations we have delivered

What we implement in a Content Hub build.
Scope scales with your Content Hub tier and whether the project is a migration, a new build, or a content-operations setup. Where the project is a migration off WordPress, the migration offer above defines that scope and price. A new build or content-operations setup is quoted on fixed scope after the audit.
